Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 1 December 2025
Trivqon (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you use our website and services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account & Business Information
When you sign up, we collect your business name, email address, and account credentials. This information is used to create and manage your account and to communicate with you about the service.
1.2 Google Business Profile Data
When you connect your Google account via OAuth, we receive information about the Google Business Profiles you own or manage, such as business name, address, and profile identifiers. We use this only to link your Trivqon account to the correct business locations.
1.3 Review & Content Data
We collect Google reviews associated with your connected Business Profiles, including review text, star ratings, reviewer names (as displayed by Google), and timestamps. We also store AI-generated reply suggestions and, if you use automatic posting, records of replies that have been posted to Google on your behalf.
1.4 Usage, Logs & Technical Data
We collect usage data such as when you log in, which features you use, and general activity logs. We may collect IP address, browser type, and device information for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Subscription and billing-related metadata (e.g. plan type, renewal dates) are stored in connection with our billing provider.
1.5 What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your Google or Trivqon account passwords. We do not collect personal browsing history unrelated to Trivqon, and we do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
2. How We Use Information
2.1 Service Operation
We use your information to operate Trivqon: to authenticate you, connect to your Google Business Profiles, fetch and display reviews, and manage your subscription and account settings.
2.2 AI Reply Generation
Review text and related context may be processed by our AI systems to generate reply suggestions. This processing is done to provide the core functionality of the service. You choose whether to edit, approve, or post replies manually or automatically.
2.3 Security & Abuse Prevention
We use logs and technical data to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access, and to enforce our terms and acceptable use policies.
2.4 Product Improvement
We may use aggregated or anonymized data to improve our product, fix bugs, and understand how the service is used. We do not use your personal data for marketing to third parties.
3. Google API & OAuth Access
3.1 Scope of Access
Trivqon requests access to Google Business Profile data via Google OAuth. The scope is limited to what is needed to read reviews and, where you enable it, to post replies on your behalf. We do not access other Google services (e.g. Gmail, Drive) beyond what you explicitly authorize.
3.2 User Control & Revocation
You can revoke Trivqon’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings. Revoking access will prevent us from reading new reviews or posting new replies; existing data we have already stored will be handled according to our retention and deletion practices.
3.3 Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use of Google API data complies with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including use limited to providing and improving the Trivqon service and not being used for advertising or unrelated purposes.
4. AI & Automation
4.1 AI as Assistance Only
AI-generated replies are provided as assistance only. They are suggestions that you may edit, reject, or use as-is. Trivqon does not guarantee that AI output is accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.
4.2 Manual vs Automatic Posting
You can choose to review and approve each reply before it is posted, or to allow Trivqon to post replies automatically based on your settings. You are responsible for configuring and using these options in a way that reflects your business practices.
4.3 User Responsibility for Published Content
Once a reply is published to Google (whether after manual approval or via automatic posting), you are responsible for that content. Trivqon does not guarantee outcomes or assume liability for how replies are received by reviewers or the public.
5. Data Sharing & Processors
5.1 Google APIs
We share data with Google only as necessary to use the Google Business Profile APIs—for example, to authenticate you and to read or post review-related content. Google’s own privacy policy applies to data processed by Google.
5.2 Infrastructure Providers (hosting, email, billing)
We use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, and billing (e.g. Stripe). These providers process data on our instructions to run the service. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the data they process.
5.3 No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their marketing or other purposes.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
6.1 Retention Periods
We retain your account and service data for as long as your account is active. Logs and technical data may be retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes.
6.2 Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests in line with our internal procedures and will remove or anonymize your personal data except where we are required to retain it by law.
6.3 Google Data Revocation
If you revoke Trivqon’s access to your Google account, we will no longer receive new data from Google. Existing copies of data we have already received may be retained or deleted in accordance with our retention and deletion practices.
7. Security Measures
7.1 Encryption & Access Controls
We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure authentication to protect your data. Access to personal data is limited to personnel who need it to operate and support the service.
7.2 Limitations of Security
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Trivqon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Contact Information
