1. Service Description
Trivqon provides tools to help businesses monitor and respond to Google reviews, including optional AI-generated reply suggestions.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
3. User Responsibilities
You must only connect Google Business Profiles you own or are authorized to manage and comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
4. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated replies are suggestions only. Trivqon does not guarantee accuracy, sentiment, or business outcomes.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Billing is handled through third-party providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
Trivqon is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
