By accessing or using Trivqon, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. The Service

1.1 Description of Trivqon

Trivqon is a software-as-a-service platform that connects to your Google Business Profile via OAuth. It allows you to view Google reviews in one place and to generate, edit, and post replies—either manually or, if you choose, automatically. AI-generated reply suggestions are provided to assist you; you remain responsible for the content that is published.

1.2 Service Availability

We strive to keep Trivqon available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (including Google or our infrastructure providers), or other factors outside our control.

1.3 Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the service as a whole. We will give notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated service.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

2.1 Business Use Only

Trivqon is intended for use by businesses (including sole traders and organizations) to manage their own Google Business Profile reviews. You represent that you are using the service for business purposes and that you have authority to bind the business to these terms.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Google Business Profile Access

3.1 Authorization Requirement

You must connect only Google Business Profiles that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. Connecting profiles without proper authorization is a breach of these terms and may violate Google’s policies.

3.2 User Ownership & Permission

By connecting a Google Business Profile, you represent that you have the right to grant Trivqon access to read reviews and, where you enable it, to post replies on behalf of that profile. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Trivqon complies with Google’s terms and policies.

3.3 Revocation of Access

You may revoke Trivqon’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings. Revocation will limit or prevent Trivqon from accessing new data or posting further replies; these terms continue to apply to your use of Trivqon until your account is closed.

4. AI-Generated Content

4.1 Informational & Assistive Nature

AI-generated reply suggestions are provided for informational and assistive purposes only. They are not legal, professional, or regulatory advice. You should review and adapt suggestions to your situation before publishing.

4.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

Trivqon does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or that it will achieve any particular business outcome. Quality and suitability of replies are your responsibility.

4.3 Responsibility for Replies

You are responsible for all reply content that is published from your account, whether you post it manually or via automatic posting. You must ensure that published content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

5.1 Free Trials

We may offer free trials for paid plans. Trial terms (e.g. duration, features) will be stated at sign-up. When a trial ends, your plan may convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial end date.

5.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annually) at the rate applicable to your chosen plan. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Billing Provider (Stripe)

Payments are processed by our billing provider (e.g. Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to the provider’s terms and to provide valid payment details. We do not store full card numbers; the provider handles payment data in accordance with its own policies.

5.4 Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then. Plan or price changes will be communicated in advance where required; continued use after a change may constitute acceptance.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Lawful Use

You must use Trivqon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. You must not use the service to harass, defame, or mislead others, or to violate the rights of third parties.

6.2 Platform Policy Compliance

Your use of Trivqon in connection with Google Business Profile must comply with Google’s terms of service and any applicable Google Business Profile policies. Violation of those policies may result in action by Google and/or by Trivqon.

6.3 Abuse & Misuse

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or to other accounts, interfere with the service’s operation, or use automated means to abuse the platform beyond normal use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are in breach of acceptable use.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Trivqon IP

Trivqon and its branding, software, design, and content (other than user content) are owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the service. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

7.2 User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you provide (e.g. edits to replies, business information). By using Trivqon, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide and improve the service.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by User

You may stop using Trivqon and close your account at any time. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data; you may need to request account deletion separately if you want your data removed.

8.2 Termination by Trivqon

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the service if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, violated applicable law, or for operational or legal reasons. We will endeavour to give notice where appropriate.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Provided “As Is”

Trivqon is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9.2 No Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trivqon and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or to the minimum amount permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
